Card-key

 

• To open the gate, hold your white card-key flat on the black rectangle (under the keypad) .

• A small LED will blink green and the lock will beep. Immediately operate the handle. 

• After three unsuccessful entry attempts, the card is inactivated for a period of time. 

• Card-keys will allow access to the pool and tennis courts based on membership payment status and time of day.

• If you are an owner, please be sure to have your renter return the card-key to you when he/she moves out or you will be charged for a new card-key

• There will be a $50 charge to replace any lost card-key.  This is due to the service costs required to replace the card-key and the labor involved in revising the database and physically reprogramming each lock. Expect  2-4 business days to replace any lost card-keys and for your new card to be operational.

• There is a reduced fee for card-key replacement of $25, if a member notifies Pennant Investment by noon on May 19th, 2025.
